From humble beginnings, DUK was born in 2006. Now with 2 other venues we are honoured to be sort after dining experience in Lancashire. From beautifully restored basements in DUK, to the comfort of Pond, the result is always a memorable culinary experience.

The menus are an exclusive range of bespoke tapas, inspired from a lifetime of Andrea’s travels, including Peru, Bolivia and more. For us every guest is special, which is why we cater fully for vegetarians, allergies, vegans, and various intolerances. Every dish is freshly prepared – and fully customisable – if we can, we will!
